"I believe healing begins with feeling seen, heard, and understood. My goal is to create a safe and compassionate space where you can show up just as you are—without judgment. Whether you're navigating personal challenges, school stress, or relationship dynamics, I'm here to walk alongside you with empathy, curiosity, and care. Together, we’ll work to build stronger boundaries, deeper self-awareness, and meaningful growth."
