Ceci Ramos, AMFT, is clinically supervised by Lucia Fernandez, LMFT (CA Lic. #114154).

Ceci Ramos, AMFT, is a compassionate and trauma-informed therapist who is deeply committed to supporting adolescents, families, and individuals through life’s challenges with care, empathy, and intention. She believes that healing begins when individuals feel truly seen, heard, and understood, and she strives to create a safe, nurturing space where clients can show up authentically and without judgment.

Aligned with the mission of Healing Hearts | Empowering Minds, Ceci takes a holistic and collaborative approach to therapy—honoring the connection between emotional, relational, and environmental well-being. She works closely with clients to navigate school-related stress, relationship dynamics, family systems, and personal growth, while fostering resilience, self-awareness, and healthy boundaries.

Ceci brings a strong background in trauma-informed care and school-based mental health to her work. She currently serves as a Trauma-Informed Care Advisor and Coach for San Bernardino County and as a Resource Teacher with Pomona Unified School District. She completed her clinical internship at Glendora High School, where she gained hands-on experience supporting students and families in educational settings.

She holds dual master’s degrees in Interdisciplinary Studies from Cambridge University and in School-Based Family and Marriage Counseling from California State University, Los Angeles, where she also earned her Pupil Personnel Services Credential and Child Welfare and Attendance certification.

Known for her warmth, empathy, and calming presence, Ceci is passionate about walking alongside clients as they build stronger boundaries, deepen self-understanding, and move toward meaningful, lasting growth—both within themselves and in their relationships.
